Sold as seen, by appointment
Every unit we sell is on the ground at our showground at Wainhouse Corner, near Bude. All sales are sold as seen, by appointment only at our showground.Viewing before you buy isn’t just allowed — it’s expected and encouraged. Walk around the unit, open the doors, sit in the lounge and take your time: what you view is what you buy.
The price, and anything to do with delivery and siting, is agreed directly with Brennan — in person, on the phone or by email — not through this website.
Payments and deposits
This website takes no payments. There is no online checkout, and you should never be asked to enter card or bank details anywhere on this site. Deposits and payment are arranged person-to-person with Brennan when you agree to buy, and how that works for your purchase is agreed between you at the time.
Delivery and siting
Delivery and siting are carried out by approved contractors and arranged separately as part of your purchase. Timings, access and costs depend on the unit and where it’s going, so they’re agreed with Brennan for each individual sale.
Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described — and because everything we sell is viewed in person before purchase, you’ll always know exactly what you’re buying. Terms for your sale
Every sale is a little different — the unit, what’s included with it, delivery, siting and payment. The specific terms that apply to an individual sale are agreed between you and Brennan at the time of purchase.
